The exterior of the property has unsurpassed panoramique views towards Fayence and the plains below. The village of Seillans retains its charm and has recently been improved with the addition of several new restaurants. It is a terrific location for touring this lovely area as Seillans is only 30 minutes from Cannes and 50 minutes from Nice airport.

The villa is on 2 levels with the living room and open plan dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. This level gives direct access to the pool and the shaded dining area complete with gas BBQ. At the bottom of the staircase there is a WC and a utility room the staircase then leads you upstairs to an en suite twin bedded room, a double room which is again ensuite and finally a twin bedded room, there is an independant bathroom that caters for this room . All of the bedrooms and the living room take full advantage of the wonderful views and this property has a very light modern European feel to its interior.
