Villa Pétale is a truly unique property, situated in 10,000m² on the hillside above the medieval, hilltop village of Seillans which is classed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The property is enriched with breathtaking views towards the Esterel Mountains in the distance and has beautiful grounds with an array of different fruit trees in which to relax. The accommodation is split between 2 properties, the first of which is a 4 bedroom Provencal villa, this property is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful shaded terrace on the upper level that is ideal for outside dining in the summer months. The second property is renovated 1 bedroom Provencal Bergerie, the property is over 150 years old and it is completely independent to the main villa, with its own kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the properties there is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. The villa is within a very short drive of the shops and restaurants in the village.

The main villa is on 2 levels, the entrance leads you in to a large open plan living and dining area, this room is beautifully decorated with lightly coloured oak beam ceilings and comes complete with TV/video/satellite and CD player. The room has great views and easy access to the upper terrace. The kitchen is also located just off this room, the kitchen is decorated in a Provencal style and is extremely well equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms are also located on this level, the first of which is a double room that has a large window above the bed that gives the room a very light feeling, there is also direct to the outside terrace. The second bedroom is children's bedroom with 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level that is accessed via a small flight of stairs, there is also a small utility room that is home to a washing machine and dryer. The first bedroom has a single bed and the second room has a double bed that can also be used as a sofa during the day. These bedrooms are inter connected and they again share a bathroom.

The Bergerie is located just a few metres from the main villa, the property oozes charm and has wooden beams throughout, the living room is designed around an old fireplace, there is also a small well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is located upstairs and comprises of 2 single beds, there is also a Provencal bathroom. This property has genuine Provencal charm and offers complete independence from the main house if you wish. Villa Pétale is a rare property that is decorated to a beautiful standard and is totally private. The countryside location is ideal for a quiet, peaceful holiday and for enjoying the charming, medieval hilltop villages of the area. However, being only 50 minutes and 30 minutes away from Nice and Cannes respectively you can also enjoy the glamour of the Cote d'Azur.

Terrace	Shaded terrace overlooking the pool with fantastic views towards the Esterel Mountains. There is a table and chairs and it is ideal for outside dining.
Swimming Pool	Delightful swimming pool 11m x 4m. The pool has a shallow end and although it does not have a gate it can be blocked off to make it more child friendly.
Garden	10,000m² of gardens with an array of different fruit trees and plants, the garden has lights that make it a beautifully place to relax during the evenings. There is also a boules pitch.
