If location, location, location is what you are after then they do not come much better than this. Sitting on what must be one the highest points in the village of Fayence, the villa enjoys a breathtaking panorama of the village rooftops, chateau and church, the Esterel Mountains with glimpses of the Mediterranean and the hills surrounding the villages of Fayence and Seillans. It is a quiet and secluded spot but ideal for meandering into the village and experiencing the market, the charming village shops and boutiques and sampling the local restaurants. The pool, patio and large colourful garden share the beautiful view.

The house is on two levels with the lower level dominated by the living room that has a delightful old fireplace, dining table and chairs and sliding doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen is tastefully done in French style and equipped with all the necessary modern amenities. There are two large double beds upstairs that are pleasantly furnished with antique furniture and oil paintings. There is also a double bed on a mezzanine level above the stairs. This is a beautiful villa in a perfect location and will have you wanting to return year after year.

To find Fayence on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19. Take this road to Fayence.
