The villa at L’Eouvière is set within a pleasant domaine of apartments and villas and is approximately 12 kilometres from the medieval village of Seillans. The Domaine is well kept and amongst beautiful countryside and has many facilities that make the location perfect for families. There is a large 20metre pool, and also two tennis courts, basketball/volleyball court, children’s play area and for the not so energetic, a boules area. A beautiful lake makes a picturesque centrepiece to the Domaine and with many lovely walks around the area you do not have to worry about driving. The Domaine is within 30 minutes drive of Cannes and 1 hour from Nice airport so you can easily bet to beaches or sightsee along the glamorous French Riviera. The charming medieval villages of Seillans, Fayence, Callian and Montauroux are all within a short distance. Also, the beautiful Var backcountry, with such sights as the Grand Canyon du Verdon (Less than 1 hour away), will have you wanting to return year after year.

The villa has a large open plan living/dining room that is well furnished and the adjoining kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities. There are four bedrooms, three are located on the ground floor, two of which have en suite facilities and the final bedroom is located above the living room on a large mezzanine area. Double doors from the living room lead a large shaded conservatory that is ideal for relaxing and cooling down in the hot summer months, there is also a large private garden that is ideal for lazing in the sun and enjoying family barbecues.

To find Seillans on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19. Take this road to Fayence and continue until you reach Seillan.
