Villa Belvedere is a perfect example of Provencal style mixed with outstanding quality, the property has been recently renovated and has taken in to account all the local architecture with wooden beams throughout the property. The exterior of the property is perfect for relaxing with a beautiful kidney shaped pool and several shaded terrace areas around the front of the property, there are also grassed areas and an array of different plants. The property is South facing and has fantastic views towards Fayence and the Esterel Mountains in the distance. The property is private yet has the convenience of being within easy walking distance of the local shops and restaurants.

The open plan living room and dining room greets you as you enter the property, the focal point of the room is a large oak dining table that is crowned with a hand crafted oak lighting unit. The living room has a large central  stone fireplace and a beautiful Provencal style oak beamed ceiling, there is also an extensive entertainment centre which includes satellite television. The kitchen is based within the open plan area, it is an extremely well equipped kitchen which is based around a large Provencal gas oven with gas hobs and a large grill that is ideal for burgers or kebabs. The first of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor it is a double room with en suite bathroom it is beautifully decorated and retains its own individual charm, the ground floor is finished off with a small additional living room/reading room and a bar area. The 1st floor of the house is again beautiful in design with the Provencal theme being retained throughout the upper bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful 4 poster bed, the room is spacious with a large en suite bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms are eloquently furnished and share a large master bathroom, all of the bedrooms on this level enjoy great views towards Fayence and the Esterel Mountains.

The centre of the village of Seillans is within a 5 minute stroll giving you easy access to the local bars and restaurants and there are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur. 

To find Seillans on a map follow the Auto route 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19.Take this road to Fayence and continue until you reach Seillans
