This old, Provencal Mas (farmhouse) has been lovingly restored and modernised to create a truly delightful property. The warming stone façade of the house and cottage greets you and a charming stone archway linking the two buildings leads you into the courtyard area with pool, sun terraces and beautiful view looking toward Seillans. The property is equally 3 km from both medieval villages of Seillans and Fayence but is completely secluded amongst two hectares of peaceful, private land that is surrounded by pine trees. The courtyard pool area is an enchanting aspect of the property and is bordered by stone features and shaded pool house.

The buildings of the main house and cottage accommodation are separated by a cobbled pathway and offer five bedrooms. The main house is on two levels and has two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, which share a large bathroom. Upstairs is the main living area that includes a large, French style kitchen with panoramic dining terrace, and a living room that is adorned with antiques that exude a Provencal ambience. A charming master bedroom is found upstairs and is fully en suite and enjoys the views over the courtyard pool area. Outside the main house kitchen is a shaded dining area and summer kitchen with built-in BBQ and traditional wood burning oven. The Cottage has been converted to comprise of two en suite twin rooms. The property has retained the character of an old, Provencal building with traditional tiling, wooden beams, stone features and antique furniture sought-out from local brocante dealers. Yet, modern amenities have been tastefully merged with old to create a property of tremendous comfort, character and beauty.

Master Bedroom	Situated on the top floor of the main house this is a large, en suite double room with view of courtyard pool area. Includes shower, WC and hand basin.
