This beautifully restored bergerie is situated just 1½ kilometres from the medieval village of Seillans and rests amongst 5,130m² of lovely landscaped gardens. It is a charming property with traditional stone facade and terrace with ancient olive tree and is endowed with terraced orchards of apricot, peach apple and olive. The terrace has a delightfully shaded area for outside dining and one can enjoy views over the countryside and the colourful garden. The property offers complete privacy and it is a peaceful location with a splendid 12m x 6m swimming pool. There are many enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur.

The bergerie has been fully restored and offers accommodation on two levels. The living room features the original wooden beams and fireplace and adjoins the entrance hall and the downstairs bedroom that stay pleasantly cool in summer. This bedroom offers a large en suite bathroom and another cool room is attached that cab serve as a baby room and has large wardrobe capacity. The bedroom opens onto the main terrace at the front of the property and a private shaded terrace to the side. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and is open plan to the dining room. To find Seillans on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19.Take this road to Fayence and continue until you reach Seillans
