Mas Lou Piastoun is situated at the base of the beautiful medieval village of Fayence, the property enjoys the advantage of being just a short walk from the local village and its bars and restaurants. The villa is ideally suited to 2 couples or a family with slightly older children due to the fact the owners has invested in the interior and there are also open staircases so it is not ideal for young children. The interior of the property is decorated in a beautiful and luxurious Provencal style with many small details making this a both relaxing and memorable holiday location. There is a large open plan living room with dining area and a well equipped Provencal kitchen with ample space for relaxing. Another feature of the property is the exterior, with a pool located at the rear of the property which is surrounded by a South facing sun terrace there are also shaded areas should you wish to escape the sun. There is a covered outside dining area complete with dining table and BBQ, this is situated next to the kitchen so any dishes prepared indoors can easily be brought to the table. The bedrooms are located on the first floor the first of which is an open plan ensuite with an old style bath tub (see picture below) there is a curtain to separate the room. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with access to a private balcony, there is another bathroom on this level that this room uses. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and maintain the charm of this wonderful area.

The centre of the village of Fayence is just a short walk away giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants and there are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur.

Living/Dining Room	Situated on the ground floor. There is a TV with DVD a CD player and a dining table. The room is spacious and cool.
