Le Petit Tresor is situated in between the medieval villages of Seillans and Fayence. The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with large shaded gardens that include a boules court. La Petite Tresor is the ideal base from which to relax, unwind and enjoy the area.

The property is built on one level and is spacious and cool, ideal for the hot summer months. On entering the property you arrive in the large plan living/dining room with the kitchen adjacent and with double French doors providing direct access to the outside terrace.

The pool is situated only a few metres from the house and has a large sun bathing terrace and a shaded area should you wish to escape the midday sun. The terrace encompasses a covered outdoor dining area.

The bedrooms are located directly from the dining room both of which are en suite and tastefully dcecorated ensuring everyone has their own space. There is an additional bedroom which is available.

Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is around a 5 minute drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. Fayence is a slightly larger medieval village with weekley markets and is again located a five minute drive away from the property. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provencal crafts and antique lace. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d'Azur is less than an hour away by car.

Living/Dining Room	A spacious and cool room with direct access to the outside dining terrace. There is a TV with DVD and Satellite channels. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Kitchen	Well equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Connected to the living room the kitchen is open plan. There is a larder with washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 1	Situated directly from the living room a large, bright room with doors leading to the terrace. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and WC.
Bedroom 2	Double room with ensuite bathroom and access to the outside terrace.
