Le Clos des Amandiers is situated in a peaceful setting just outside the medieval village of Seillans and adjacent to a number of vineyards. The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with large terraced garden ideal for children. The property is tastefully decorated with modern amenities and there is a shaded outside dining area.

The property is South facing and is based on one level with an additional self contained bedroom which also has a small kitchen and mezzanine with an additional bed if required. There is an open plan living and dining room that remains cool and there is a dining terrace with direct access from the living room. All of the bedrooms are newly decorated to a high standard and remain cool in the hotter summer months. The kitchen is galley style and has all of the modern amenities you require for a relaxing holiday.

The swimming pool which is situated only a few metres from the house and has a sunbathing terrace.

Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is a few minutes drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provencal crafts and antique lace. For more general shopping, three large supermarkets lie within a five-mile radius of the village. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d'Azur is less than an hour away by car.
