The house is spacious and cool and is decorated in a Provencal style with beautifully tiled floors and white walls ensuring a genuine feel of the South of France. The kitchen has all modern amenities and is also home to a dining table for breakfast on the run alternatively there is a large dining table pool side that will encourage you to enjoy your breakfast in the sun whilst enjoying the view. There is a large open plan living/dining room in the house that offers another option to enjoy your day out of the sun.

There are 6 bedrooms in total 5 of which are based on the ground floor level. There are 4 double rooms, 2 of which are interconnected and share a bathroom and 1 single bedroom on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms on this level that the 3 bedrooms share. On the upper level there is a double bedroom that has an en suite bathroom this bedroom also has a terrace which is South/East facing and enjoys views towards the mountains.

The gardens are perfect for the family holiday, there is a large swimming pool that is perfect for cooling off plus the bonus of a tennis court for those who fancy a little exercise during their stay. There is a large summer kitchen that is located next to the pool complete with BBQ and pizza oven plus plenty of work surface for preparing your meals.

The centre of the village of Fayence is around a 10 minute walk giving you easy access to the local bars and restaurants and there are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur.
