Villa Esterel is a newly built villa with a light feel and comfortable interior just above the medieval village of Fayence. From the swimming pool and terrace there are views over the village towards the Esterel Mountains . There is a balcony located directly from the living room that is ideal for evening meals and to enjoy the beautiful location. Villa Esterel is tastefully decorated and has all of the amentites you could wish for to help you enjoy your holiday in the beautiful South of France.

When you enter the property you are greeted by the large open plan living room that has large patio doors that take full advantage of the view. The kitchen is located next to the living room and it is spacious with a large dining table and chairs plus all of the essentials to help you enjoy your holiday amongst which are a dishwasher and large American fridge freezer. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms 2 of which are double and ensuite and the other 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom.

The swimming pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by sunbathing terrace has a solar shower and great views of the Esterel Mountains . There is a balcony accessed from the living room that has a large gas BBQ and table and chairs. The property also offers an array of modern amenities including a television with satellite connection and under floor cooling in the bedrooms. This delightful villa sleeps 8 people comfortably, and is only 50 minutes from Nice Airport and 30 minutes from Cannes .
